Richard A. Mitchell, Esquire, a founding partner of Mitchell, Taylor & Turco, P.C., has been in practice since 1970. Well respected by Masters and Judges, Mitch draws on more than 45 years of diverse legal experience, including serving as a judicial law clerk, solicitor, labor negotiator and partner in Delaware County law firms. Mitch opened the Family Law Firm of Richard A. Mitchell, Esq. & Associates, in 2001, which has now been expanded to form Mitchell, Taylor & Turco, P.C.

Representing his clients in the most effective and cost efficent manner, with the least impact upon the children is always paramount.

Aimee M Taylor, Esquire

Aimee McCann Taylor, Esquire, a founding partner of Mitchell, Taylor & Turco, P.C., has specialized in Family Law since 2004, having joined the original firm of Richard A. Mitchell, Esq, LLC that same year. Prior to that, Aimee had interned at the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County and at the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

Aimee specializes in Family Law and Orphans Court related matters, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, support, adoption and guardianships. She prides herself in providing a practical and efficient approach while guiding her clients through what is often a highly emotional, major life event. Whenever possible, Aimee will first attempt to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement outside of Court. In those instances where a fair settlement cannot be reached, Aimee will zealously represent her clients through the Court system.

Robert A. Turco, Esquire

Robert A. Turco, a founding partner of Mitchell, Taylor & Turco, P.C., was born and raised in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. He graduated Cum Laude from Mount Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor's degree in Business. Rob went on to attend the Delaware campus of Widener University School of Law. While at Widener, Rob was named to the Dean's List and was a board member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Review. In his third year, Rob completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Anthony J. Defino in the Common Pleas Court of Philadelphia. Drawing on a diverse legal experience, Rob is committed to effectively and zealously representing his clients through a common sense approach.
